Consists of two wooden hinged planks, to adjust the angle of inclination. Upper board is fitted with one pulley at the top and one at the bottom for applying resistance by means of weights or sand bags. Rope passing over the pulley is tied to the hooks, attached to the sanding blocks. Size of the upper plank 40″x 8″, unit comes Complete with three different types of sanding blocks but without weights or sand bags.
